Early Bird–Need to get to work early?
6:00am drop off is available, just let us know in advance and someone will be ready to check your dog in

Late Drop-off-  Can’t get here by 9:00am(our recommended drop-off deadline)
give us a call and we will be happy to accommodate you (and your dog).  Please remember, nap time is from 12:00-2:00pm- so we would appreciate no drop-offs after 12:00pm.

Why is 9:00am our recommened drop-off time? We’ve learned that dogs are happiest playing together once they’ve worked out the “rules of the pack.” (Groups of dogs instinctively work out a sort of pecking order.) But if a new dog shows up long after the pack has formed, it can be a lot less fun for the newbie. (It’s a little like being the new kid in school who joins halfway through the year…and going straight to recess.) To make sure that doesn’t happen, we encourage you to have your dog join us by 9am so that we can carefully monitor the formation of the pack. 

Late Pick-up- Just give us a call and we will be happy to give your dog their very own condo to eat dinner and relax in until you arrive.  If you know ahead of time just leave their dinner in the lunch container at drop off time.  If it’s unexpected, we will be happy to feed your dog dinner for free.
